In an attempt to get other Transport Tycoon players to create their own scenarios based around their home area, I've decided to make my blank grid file available.

The grid file is just an empty scenario file completely covered with the largest land mass squares with one square of sea separating them all. This provides a good starting point to plot the position of towns, roads etc relative to each other. Just choose a map of the desired scale and away you go.
